Any students between 4 and 17 years old may attend our Junior Monthly Academy.

| | What days and times are the classes? Top
Junior Monthly Academy is held weekdays after school and Saturday mornings. This program allows the student to take up to eight lessons per month that are ˝ hour long.

| | Will my child be placed in a class with students the same age? Top
The classes are set up by ability, not age.

| | How long will my child remain in a level and how many levels are there? Top
We have nine levels. Each student progresses at his own ability and not necessarily as a group. A student must test out of a level before moving on to the next level.

| | Do I have to sign my child up for a whole year? Top
You may sign up and pay for a month at a time; however we do offer a discount for a prepayment of 6 or 12 months. We do ask that you inform us if your student will be participating each month.

| | What if my child decides to do another activity for a month or two? Top
Please let us know each month if your child will be attending Junior Academy. If they choose not to be in Junior Academy for a period of time and then return, they would continue from where they left off. If the time off caused them to regress or if they've forgotten too much, then they may need to go back and take a previous level to catch up.

| | When is payment due? Top
We ask that you make your monthly payment at the beginning of each month. We will have an invoice in the Academy office for your convenience. You can pay by credit card in the Academy or in the Pro Shop with cash, check or credit card. Payment is for four hours of instruction per month.

| | What if my student misses a class? Top
Lessons are given progressively at each level. Absenteeism may delay a student's advancement to the next level.

| | Do you teach proper golf etiquette? Top
We teach golf etiquette, good sportsmanship, proper handling of equipment and Character Counts! Please see our webpage for more information about Character Counts!

| | Does my child need to supply their own clubs? Top
We can provide clubs during Junior Academy. If your child wishes to practice or play the Junior Course, then you would need to furnish clubs for them.

| | Is there a dress code? Top
We ask that your student be clean and neat in appearance. It is not required to wear a collared shirt, but please no tank tops, cut-offs or t-shirts with bold graphics. They may wear golf shoes, but tennis shoes are fine.

| | What happens to class when it rains? Top
In the event of inclement weather, we are most concerned with your child's safety. We teach Junior Academy rain or shine and can move the lesson indoors if needed.

| | What if my child wants Private lessons? Top
We teach juniors from the same age 4-17 .The 12 and under age group lessons are only a half hour long and are at reduced rate .All ages from 13-18 are one hour long and the charge is half the normal lessons rate.
