 | Momentus Swing Trainer®
To help with strength conditioning and to help stretch your muscles, the Golf Academy utilizes the "Momentus Swing Trainer"®. Many of our students come to us to help them gain some additional yardage with their clubs, so we have them swing the weighted club. It will help you develop a better shoulder rotation and extension throughout the swing. |
The Impact Bag®
The "Impact Bag"® teaches the student to feel the moment of truth in the golf swing; impact. It will help firm up the leading wrist and teach you the mechanics of weight transfer. The "Impact Bag"® is a very versatile teaching tool that can be used in a variety of ways. We use this bag to help our students understand the importance of proper hip rotation and weight transfer. |  |
 | The "Inside Approach"®
The "Inside Approach"® helps us get our students to understand the importance of swinging the club from inside the target line instead of coming over the top. The over the top motion is the main cause for golfers to slice the ball. We also use "Inside Approach"® to help our students work on their extension after impact. |
The "Speed Stik"®
Many of our students come to us looking for some extra help to create some distance off of the tee. One of the main causes of lack of distance is a lack of club-head speed. The Celebration Golf Academy uses the "Speed Stik"® to teach our students the proper release point, thus maximizing club-head speed. |  |
